BOREHOLES & RESERVOIRS:
Both boreholes are equipped with Solar power. The borehole at the house can deliver 9,000 litres/hr with the depth of the borehole at 36m and this water is being pumped from a depth of 14m.
A generator can be used on the Grunfoss submersible to pump water at night or when necessary. The other borehole is not strong with a delivery of 10,000 litres per day at the kraal next to it. Ideal for weaners. And animals finishing for sale.

GRAZING, KRAALS, FARM CAMPS AND FENCING
Grazing is plentiful. We had a grazing system that benefited the farm and was never overstocked.
The farm is fenced into 7 camps for efficient use of grazing land.

FARM HOUSE
The farm house is a three bedroom house with one bedroom upstairs. The two downstairs bedrooms are adjacent to a bath shower and toilet shared. There is a place for an upstairs bathroom shower and toilet. Spacious lounge, dining room and kitchen with a verandah.The house itself is a solid steel structure and roof with no supporting walls. All the structure is in very deep solid foundations. Built on bedrock. Next to a beautiful pan. The house faces North. So it is warmed by the northern winter sun. There are no windows in the Western, hot side of the house. And very few on the eastern side of the house.
